我发觉我现在的睡眠状况完全是向两个极端发展。要么就是完全没办法睡，要么就是特别特别渴睡。前段时间一天睡四五个小时就再不能睡。这两天，每天晚上睡七八个小时，下午还要再补一觉，大约也有三四个钟头。不过也都是不用着闹钟的。

还没有到本命年。我已不能想像本命年的状况会差到什么情况。不过也许已经不能再差了吧——难道是我太过厌世，在我老妈肚子里多待了一年？
