许是睡觉不老实又把手臂伸出来了，晨间的梦凉凉的，梦里手冷得像冰一样整个冻僵掉了，呵气都没有温度，哆嗦间被他握住。梦里看不清他的脸，但他的手暖和得像阳光一样，觉得好暖于是醒了。
最近失眠得厉害，为了调整睡眠时间吃了些褪黑素，明知不会有什么效果还是当成安慰剂在用。许是服药的关系，也可能只是单纯因为冬天里老不见阳光人比较焦，最近梦到胡子大叔的频率未免太高了。
每次醒来又要重新归整情绪。
补充一点维生素D会不会好一点……
