本文是为对网站计数有兴趣的朋友写的，内容繁琐，没有统计需要的人可以直接忽略。
一直以来我都是用51la和yiluda的计数器对我的所有blog进行统计的，但是由于最近yiluda开始变得很不稳定，计数不准确，并拖慢了整个blog的访问速度，所以把它取掉了，换成网上最多人用的国外的计数器StatCounter。
大家会发现统计数字变多了，原来只有一万多，现在变成两万多了。
说到这个问题先解释一下计数器的统计方法，计数器大致分为两种：一种是PV统计，也就是页面浏览量，像天涯的默认计数器就属于这种类型，也就是每刷新一次或浏览一个新的页面计数器就跳一次；另一种是IP统计，51la、yiluda、ITSUN和google analytics（歪酷本身自带的计数器就是GA的一部分，但cookies的有效期好像改短了一些）都是这种类型，它们统计的是IP访问量，也就是说在特定时间内的同IP访问都算成一次。
PV的计数器没有什么可比性，功能都是大同小异。IP统计的计数器经我比较，其中51la的表现最好，它和ITSUN都是以天为单位进行统计，但51la的统计非常精确及详细，同时统计每天的独立IP数量及PV浏览量，其中包括每个独立IP访问的页面数量、访问来源等详细信息，以及通过搜索引擎进入的搜索关键字，对于网站开发人员来说是个非常非常不错的统计工具。缺点是它强制要求链接返回，也就是说页面上一定要显示51la的链接，无法进行隐藏统计，而且所提供的图标非常难看；相比而言，ITSUN的界面比较漂亮，广告较少，但结构较复杂，功能不如51la完整，并且对国外IP的统计准确率基本为零；yiluda的统计周期是二十分钟，也就是说同IP在二十分钟内的所有访问算成一次，但最近出了一些问题，有时候是IP统计，有时候又变成了PV统计，而且经常链接超时，对访问者造成负担；google analytics是最专业的统计工具，但因为太专业了，比较适合网站开发人员使用，普通用户绝对用不上那么专业的功能。
现在我所使用的StatCounter的初始数字25755，是根据51la从去年六月至今的PV统计进行的设定，原来的yiluda虽然显示从去年六月至今（从歪酷开始）blog的IP浏览量达到一万五千，但根据51la以天为单位的统计，其实只有五千左右。
StatCounter是单纯的计数器，没有任何多余的功能，仅仅统计数量不统计访问者的详细信息，所以访问相对较快。它也是同时统计IP及PV的计数器，但页面上只显示PV量，可以使用纯文本方式或图片方式显示于页面，也可以完全隐藏式统计，非常方便。缺点是，没有中文版。

But maybe you could a little more in the way of content so people could connect with it better. Youve got an awful lot of text for only having 1 or two pictures. Maybe you could space it out better?
