我发觉我现在的睡眠状况完全是向两个极端发展。要么就是完全没办法睡，要么就是特别特别渴睡。前段时间一天睡四五个小时就再不能睡。这两天，每天晚上睡七八个小时，下午还要再补一觉，大约也有三四个钟头。不过也都是不用着闹钟的。
