酒的归宿。

意式博洛尼亚肉酱大概是常规西餐里最有趣的菜,我是很愿意煮的。

刚知道一锅红酱要放半瓶葡萄酒时我噗的一下笑出声来——真是一瓶酒的最佳分配方式了。

一边煮,一边喝,若干小时后等酱炖好了,剩的半瓶酒也大半落了肚。再烤一大盘lasagna,配上剩下的酒大快朵颐一番。

人间乐事不过如此简单。
