10月进行到尾声的时候，新西兰的夏天终于来了。早晨八点穿着短袖衫出门竟也不感觉冷。到了午后，天气简直可用炎热来形容。
今天是万圣节，学校里所有的老师都打扮成恐怖的样子，Carol扮成鬼医，脸涂的很白，化着粉红的眼影，手术袍与手臂上都滴上红色墨水。给她照相时，她很孩子气地压低下巴，露出麻木的眼神，又在休息时与同事开玩笑，说，刚刚才做完手术，不过我的病人们都死了。下楼去抽烟之前，她把窗帘拉开一条缝，查看有没有人在，并严肃地对我说，我真不想下楼去吓人啊。很孩子气，讨人喜欢。

天才同学发email给我新专辑的列表，密密麻麻的一整列里有一行特别长，因此显眼。我喜欢的排列组合：

好吧，我承认，我又开始抽烟，并一发不可收拾起来。幸而我一直都愿意承认，我是如此俗不可耐并虚伪浮躁的一个人，说到做不到已是常事，再加上言不由衷，又或是狡猾地以为大家都爱我，所以会包容我的任性。
大约是由于“食言而肥”，所以在南半球的夏天开始之前，我无法抑止的胖了起来。
